Recomendaciones para un turista o viajero, que se anime a subirse en el transporte público de la ciudad.

1. Tener claro a qué lugar te diriges y la dirección o algún lugar de referencia.

2. Preguntar al chofer si pasa por el lugar al que te diriges.

3. Pregunta siempre, cual es la tarifa fija del transporte al que te subas.

4. En algunos transportes se paga al subir como en los camiones y taxis públicos, en las calafias y taxi libre se paga al bajar.

5. No pagues con billetes grandes, siempre paga con moneda local y con cambio (monedas) es mejor y más fácil, y así evitas sorpresas o que los conductores no traigan cambio.

6. Si ya sabes que es el camión correcto que se dirige a tu destino, pero no sabes con exactitud donde bajar. Puedes pedirle que te indique cuando bajar o que te baje cerca de esa área.

7. Siéntate cerca de las puertas o en el área cerca del chofer, (no en los asientos para embarazadas o mayores) así podrás indicar tu parada y/o estar al pendiente de cuando te indiquen cuando bajar.

8. No uses cosas que llamen mucho la atención como alhajas u otros objetos de alto valor.

9. Si traes bolsa o mochila no la pierdas de vista.

10. Relájate y disfruta del viaje.

Nota: si no te diriges a un lugar específico, pero quieres experimentar un viaje en transporte público, puedes tomar un camión que vaya del centro a plaza rio. Es un viaje corto y puedes bajarte cuando alguien más haga la parada.

Recommendations for a tourist or traveler, who wants to know the city by public transportation.

1. Be clear about where you go and have the direction or some references of the place.

2. Asks the driver if he knows where is the place that you want to go.

3. Always ask what is the fare of the transport.

4. In some transports you need to pay when you take (buses), in calafias, taxis and cabs you pay when you get off. Or the driver tells you any way.

5. Always pay in local currency and change (coins) is better and easier, and thus avoids surprises or drivers not bring change.

6. If you know exactly which is the correct bus but you don’t know where get off with exactitude. You can ask to the driver if he can tell you where to get off or where is the closer place.

Note: if you don’t go to a specific place, but want to experience the ride on public transport, you can take a bus from the down town to plaza rio. It is a small trip and you can get off when someone else makes the stop.
